What are you going to do 

  • Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung eines internationalen E-Commerce-Marktplatzes
  • Analyse bestehender Strukturen und Entwicklung einer Strategie für den globalen Rollout
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung einer Produkt-Roadmap in Abstimmung mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Steuerung des Entwicklungsteams (IT, Architektur, externe Partner)
  • Priorisierung von Features zur Optimierung von User Experience (UX) und Conversion
  • Sicherstellung von Datenschutz, IT-Security und rechtlichen Anforderungen
  • Integration von Drittsystemen und Services
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, UX/UI, IT und Fachbereichen
  • Monitoring und Optimierung der Systemperformance
  • Hauptansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um den Marketplace

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in der Software-/Produktentwicklung

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld

  • Verständnis für technische Themen wie:

    • APIs & Systemintegration

    • Datenmanagement

    • IT-Security und Datenschutz

  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden

  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2)
